I really do like this joint! We go regularly for the happy hour, with very good prices for cocktails on the square. The 6 martini espresso is worth it! I have the pasta several times and found it delicious. The cacio e Pepe has been good. They used to have a carbonara that I wish they'd bring back too! The short rib agnolotti is out of this world!! I have ordered it several times in a row because it's too good to skip.. Today, if finally got a steak. The 8 oz filet was perfectly cooked to medium rare and very delicious! My companion had the pork chop and literally ate every bit from the bone because it was so good. The asparagus side we had was meh. Needed.to be roasted longer for my liking and didn't have a lot of flavor. But the rest of the food made it worth it!

Came here for a date night with my husband before the Nate Bargatze show and was BLOWN AWAY by the delicious food and incredible service! Even the table bread was cooked to perfection. If you’re in Madison, this place is a must try. Especially the Occhi appetizer.

What an amazing culinary experience. Food was amazing, great wine list! Staff were unbelievably professional and friend. This is the one of the best restaurants in Madison. Jack the owner does it right!!! James at the bar is a master making cocktails and very engaging with the patrons!!!! Will come back here again!!!! Best dinning experience in Madison. Ask for the Draper cut filet!!!! You won’t be disappointed.

I highly recommend Draper Brothers. 5 stars isn't nearly enough to give such an exceptional Chophouse. My wife had the special for the evening surf and turf. A 6 oz filet with a lobster tail. I had the Bone-In 45 Day-Age Ribeye. Both of our steaks were cooked to absolute perfection and tasted dynamite. We shared the Yukon Mash and Asparagus sides. They were both to die for with an explosion of flavor. The service was exceptional, and the drinks were spot on. Being reasonably priced for such a fine dining experience. The amount of money spent was well worth the food and experience.

We loved our experience here. Our server, Fatima was amazing. The atmosphere is beautiful we loved the elegance of the upstairs dining room. We had made a reservation and were seated immediately. Everything we ordered was excellent. I’d recommend the scallops! They also have a great selection of steaks, salads, pasta, sides and appetizers! Perfect for a date night or group dining experience. Bonus: Our group of six had a great view of the capital!

The food and service were spot on. The New York strip was spot on, one of the better steaks I’ve had. Service was excellent, definitely will return!

Restaurant Week ... what an excellent opportunity to visit this wonderful new venue. We were seated upstairs with a view to the square. Food, service, Old Fashions were excellent

I just dined here with my husband for my 30th Birthday! My husband ordered the Salmon Pacatta which was outstanding and I had the Seafood Rigatoni which was also very good. My only wish is that bread or something was offered prior to getting our entrees since salad/soup is extra. Since it was my Birthday, they immediately offered for me to pick out a dessert on the house and we ordered the Espresso Nutella Brownie with Vanilla Icecream and it was outstanding - one of the best desserts I've ever had. Overall a great experience and next time will be back to try the steaks!
